30-Day Returns
We want you to love your G1 Essential bottle. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Free Return Shipping
Returns are on us. We cover the cost of return shipping, so sending a bottle back costs you nothing.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@g1essential.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label and instructions. Please include the original packaging when possible.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your bottle arrives damaged or has a defect, email us at info@g1essential.com with your order number and a photo, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. Your bottle is also covered by our warranty.
